I’ve been planning my menu/gathering recipes for my pastry shop even though I’m a few years away from opening it. I have cookies, scones, muffins, cakes/cupcakes, various pastries, and bread on the menu. Now I’m working on a name. Location will fall into place with time depending on where I end up when the time comes. I cannot waaaaait.
